Step 1: Select "Loan Application" and just follow the easy instructions.
Complete as much as possible the first 2 pages of the application.
Upon completion of the application, click on "Enter" to send the application. We will be notified immediately.
Step 2: Go back to HOME page. Scroll down the page to see the Paypal icon.
Click on Paypal to make the payment to run the credit report. A credit report is needed for us to pre-qualify the borrower(s)correctly.
STEP 3: Broker to e-mail or e-fax to: 949-612-2676 a brief scenario of the loan.
Per example: Purchase or refinance, broker's costs and fees, ect... and most importantly, the estimated date of closing.
Step 4: Our processing team will contact the broker to confirm that the application and the credit authorization have been received.
Step 5: Within 5 minutes, the credit report will be made available to the broker in the 10Days e-mail address.
